Delivery policy:

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within committed time. You will be notified of any items that are not available at the time of your order and may choose to cancel or to place the order. These items will be sent to you, as soon as they are available. Please allow us reasonable time for deliveries of your orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by a third party that is courier.

Returns policy:

Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of the faulty products will be accepted.
